The Grubbens rotor units are set-up in horizontal and vertical pulpers and are available as: Low Consistency (LC) pulpers, Medium Consistency (MC) pulpers and High Consistency (HC) pulpers.
The LC operates from 3 – 5% consistency, MC operates from 5 – 9% consistency, whereas HC operates from 12 – 18% consistency. The Grubbens rotor unit gives major process improvements and can be retrofitted to substitute any existing rotor and bearing assembly.
