Abirami Engineering Company’s is manufacturer of Water Pump AGS. It also exports around 30% of production to various countries.

The designing of this pump is in different namely horizontal, single stage, centrifugal, single stage, flanges, radial split volute casing or radial closed impeller. The flanges are according to the DIN standards. It is constructed with two bearings. One ball bearing is on drive end and the other is on non drive end.

It is oil lubricate and can be used on water, acids, back water, all type of clear liquid, Corrosive, abrasive media, alkali and liquid with traces of fibers. In pulp industry, the pump can be used on pulp with consistency up to 1.2%.

Some of its operating range features are:

• It has a capacity of up to 450 M³/hr.

• Its working pressure is up to 16Kg/cm ².

• Speed is maximum 3000 rpm (revolutions per meter).

• Head is up to 100 meters and temperature up to 120ºC.
