UniDryer® V3 is a combination of infrared, air dryer in which high performance gas infrared emitters are substituted with high temperature and high velocity air nozzles. Because of the combination, there are results in a fast heat-up, a high evaporation rate and finally in better paper quality. UniDryer®V3 has an innovative convection system which consists of:

• A new type of blowing nozzle which consists of an amalgamation of slot impingement nozzles offering a most favorable convective heat transfer while sustaining the web runnability,

The UniDryer® Efficiency can be improved even more by the help of ERS i.e. Energy Recovery System. It can be done by recirculating the ultimate exhaust air from the UniDryer® into an air dryer.
